Fix and Flip Loan LTC Guidelines
Loan-to-cost (LTC) compares the loan with the total project cost: the purchase price plus the renovation budget. A fix and flip loan has a cost cap and an after-repair value (ARV) cap, and the lower amount controls. We confirm both caps for each deal rather than publishing one percentage.
