Fix and Flip Loan ARV Guidelines
ARV (after-repair value) is a dollar value: what the property is expected to be worth once the work is done. Loan-to-ARV is a ratio applied to that value. The loan is also checked against cost, and the lower amount controls. We confirm both caps for each deal.
